Be it resolved by the City Commission of the'City of
Bremerton That the City clerk and City Treasurer be and
they are hereby instructed and authorized to establish a
separate fund to be known as the MACHINERY AND EQUIE=
FUND, This fund to be used to purchase and maintian all
machinery and equipment-that is to be used on city prodects
that are not regular works of the Bity Goverment.
All projects useing said equipment and machinery shall
be billed for the proper rental of said equipment and machinery
based on the cost of said machinery and equipment and on the
actual time said machin ery and equipment is used on the project
to be billed. -
All monies received from said rentals to be credited to
MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT FUND F ROM which a ll_pa ments l urch se
of machinery and equipment will b e made:
Any Division of the City Government furnishing machinery
equipment material or labor to any project outside of its own
proper division shall bill the project benefited and upon payment
for services rendered this money shall be credited to the proper
division or fund entitled to same.
Be it further resolved that any monies now in the CONSTR-
uction and MAINTENANCE. FUND BE transfered to the MACHINERY AND
EQUIPMENT FUND. THAT is money received for rentals of equipment
and machinery collected previous to passage of this resolution.

cation of such passage this 8th day of September ,1936,
