4. Approve payment of $75,000 to the State of Washington for modifications to the Manette Bridge

5. Proposed resolution to adopt the City of Bremerton's 2012 — 2017 Six -Year Transportation

8. Amendment to Section 4.1.2 "Incidental Uses" of the Concession Agreement with the Bremerton
