BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BRMERTON:
Section 1. That the offer of the Works Progress Administration
of the Federal Government to codify the city ordinances of the City
of Bremerton be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That an appropriation be and the same is hereby
made of $72.00 for material and supplies for the purposes of such
codification, together with $50.00 fm equipment rentals.
" Section 3. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with the
Works Progress Administration to the end that the said ordinances
of the City be codified, and to execute Form No. 301 as may be
required, and such other forms as may be required by the Works
Progress Administration.
PASSED AID ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton in regular session assembled this Yth day of November,
19;5b, signed by the mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage.
