R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of Washington,

foreclosed for general taxes on -
Lot Eleven (11), Nels Nelsons Addition to Brem-
erton, Kitsap County, Washington,
and the said property was struck to the said Kitsap Coun-
ty at the tax foreclosure sale; and that at the time of
such foreclosuresale, there were delinquent assessments
against said property payable to didderent local improve-
ment districts in the City of Charleston, prior to its con -
solidation with the City of Bremerton and the City of Brem-
erton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes theron as by law
provided and now has a `treasurer's Deed to said property;
and the said City of Bremerton is desirous of selling said
property to pay the taxes and delinquent assessments asses-
sed against this said property, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are
hereby and directed to sell said above described
property to J. A. Bernhardt, for the total purchase price
of Five hundred and ninety (590.00) dollars, to be paid in
cash and to execute a deed in the name of the City of Brem-
erton in favor of J. A. Bernhardt, and to be delivered to
said purchaser at such time as the said purchase price is
paid in full.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this Z day of February, 1937.
