A Resolution by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton providing that each local improvement district
shall have included therein an amount to be ascertained, as
hereinafter designated, for accounting as an additional
amount of costs for said districts.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bremerton:
Section 1. That, whereas certain expenses have here -
before been charged to each local improvement, but said
charges have not included any appropriation for ,accounting
work;
Section 2. And whereas there are large numbers of these
districts coming up wherein varying expenses for Accounting
work will have to be borne;
Section 3. Now, therefore, it is hereby resolved by
the City Commission that the Accounting work necessary for
the completion of each local improvement district after cer-
tification to City Treasurer that the cost of said Accounting
for each of said districts be duly ascertained by the City
Clerk and City Treasurer and when so ascertained that the same
for each individual district shall be charged as other costs
of, completing said district and prorated accordingly and the
notice to the owners of property in said district shall include
their prorata share of cost of Accounting work.
Section 4. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect thirty days after and from its passage of publication
as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk of said
city this 27th day of March, 1937.
