` WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement
`I District, No-1 7 , providing for the assessment to pay the
improvements on go
has been filed with
the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
Now therefor, be it resolved that
W of , 1937, at 10800 o'clock of said day,A.
at the Commissioners Chambers at the City Hall of the City
of Bremerton be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place for the hearing upon said assessment roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of the
time and place of said hearing to all persons who may de-
sire to object to such assessment roll to make such objec-
tions in writing and file the same with the City Clerk at
or prior to the date fixed for such hearing, by written
notice to the owner or the reputed owner of the different
` r _properties whose name 'appears- -upon said - assessment-roll ____ _ _
by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen (15) days
before the date herein set for such hearing to such owner
or reputed owner at the address of such owner as shorn on
the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property de-
scribed on said list and shall further give notice of such
hearing by publioting such notice at least five (5) times
in the official daily newspaper, the last publication of
which shall be at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date
herein fixed for said hearing. The said above mentioned
_improvements include clearing, grubbing, grading and pay.
