AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, repealing Chapter 3 56 of the Bremerton
Municipal Code entitled "Fiscal and Cremation Agent"
WHEREAS, current City code has a chapter, Chapter 3 56 entitled "Fiscal and
Cremation Agent ", relating to appointed fiscal agencies for the payment of bonds and the
destruction of cancelled or paid bonds or interest coupons, and
WHEREAS, the provisions of Chapter 3 56 are outdated and it is not necessary
for this authorization to be codified in the City code, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. Chapter 3 56 of the Bremerton Municipal Code entitled "Fiscal and
Cremation Agent" " relating to appointed fiscal agencies for the payment of bonds is hereby
repealed as follows

SECTION 2. SeverabihU If anyone or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this ordinance are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not

affect the validity of the remaining portion of this ordinance and the same shall remain in full
force and effect
SECTION 3. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten
(10) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law
