SUMMARY: The Arts Commission opened a Call for Sculpture Artists on October 1, 2008 The Call
closed on December 31, 2008 and resulted in 75+ artist applications from around the US After a
lengthy selection process, the Arts Commission narrowed their choice to seven artists. William
Mueller is an artist located in Sedalia, Colorado, but has close family ties with Bremerton Mr
Mueller's work features eye - catching colors and imaginative shapes It is proposed to mstall this
sculpture on the east side of Pacific Avenue near the intersection of 9` Street and Pacific Avenue
