SUMMARY: Chapter 3 56 of the current City code entitled "Fiscal and Cremation Agent ", relates to
the appointment of fiscal agencies for the payment of bonds and the destruction of cancelled or paid
bonds or interest coupons Provisions of this chapter are outdated and it is not necessary for this
authorization to be codifed in the City code It is staffs recommendation that this chapter be
repealed
