SUMMARY: The Washington Administration Code requires a resolution to permit angle parking and
one -way traffic on City streets, this requirement was discovered subsequent to the implementation of
these traffic revisions on 5 Street A traffic study with the goal of increasing the number of parking
spaces on 5 Street was completed, this study recommends one -way traffic and angle parking

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The City has expended $9,179 50 to date on 5th
Street Traffic revisions, an additional $7,000 is necessary to complete immediate recommendations
All work has been funded from the Arterial Street fund
