SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton requires a Contractor to install a new tower at 100 Oyster Bay
Avenue for use by Water Resources and its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
system
Valmont Industries, Inc , was selected from the state bid list under Washington State Contract
Administration (WSCA) Contract 02702 for the purchase and installation of the tower to the amount
of $60,835 55, including sales tax

tax) with Valmont Industries, Inc, for installation of the radio tower at 100 Oyster Bay Avenue and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented
