CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES
September 14, 2011
A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the City
Council Conference Room 603, of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6 th Street,
Bremerton, Washington, Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at 5 00 PM, with Council President
Will Maupin presiding Council Members present were Nick Wofford, Carol Arends, Dianne
Robinson, Greg Wheeler, Roy Runyon, Adam Brockus, Cecil McConnell, and Jim McDonald
Legislative Assistant Lori Smith was present to provide staff support
President Maupin emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public, however there
would be no opportunities for input or participation, that no action will be taken, and the content
of these items is subject to change
A NO DISCUSSION PLANNED -The following items are budgeted items or have been
reviewed by the appropnate Council Committee, and will be placed on the September 21,
2011 Council Meeting Agenda unless otherwise stated
1 Bremerton Kitsap Access Television (BKAT) Service Contract with Kitsap County —
Charleen Burnette, Public Access Manager, Becky Hasart, Finance Director, and Nick

2 Contract Award to Valmont Industries, Inc for installation of 100 -foot self supporting
