R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
Before the City Commission of the City of Bremerton-'
WHEREAS, in a certain cause of action entitled "State
of Washington ex rel City of Bremerton, A Municipal Corporation,
Plaintiff, vs. T. G. Kindred and Mrs. T. G. Kindred, huband and wife,
Defendants" in a certain condemnation proceeding, being Cause No.
12746 in the Superior Court of Kitsap County, Washington, wherein the
City of Bremerton sought to condemn the:
Northeast Quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 36, Township 24 North, Range 1 Vest,
W.M., in Kitsap County, Washing &on
an award of $2000.00 was made by. a jury; and
I
WHEREAS, a,judgment has been entered therefor in the sum
of $2000.00 plus the taxable cysts amounting to 341.30; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton deems said award to be
excessive but still desires to take said property for watershed
property, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Bremerton be and he is hereby ordered and directed to draw a warrant
upon the treasury payable to the County Clerk of Kitsap County, Wash-
ington, and that said warrant be transmitted to the County Clerk of
Kitsap County with instructions to deliver same to T. G. Kindred and
Ray Mrs. T. G. K ndred RES wife; pponntheir their attorney
P filing a duly acknowledged
satisfactign of judgment herein, said warrant to be in the sum of
$1760.00 plus the taxable costs or in the total sum of t$1791.30; and
BE IT RESOLVED that said property be accepted for said

PASSED at regular meeting this 26 day of May, 1537.
