A RESOLUTION of the City of Bremerton, State of
Washington transferring certain monies hereinafter designated
from the Street Construction and Maintenance Fund and Current
Expense Fund appropriation for Street purposes into a fund
hereby established to be known as the "City Street Fund" of
the City of Bremerton.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
Section 1. That it is to the best interests of the City
of Bremerton to transfer certain funds from the Current Expense
Fund appropriation to the Street Construction and Maintenance
Fund and to transfer all funds now in suspense or in course of
settlement between the State Highway Department and the city,
to the fund established by this resolution, known as the City
Street Fund.
Oection 2. Now, therefore, the sum of $4 9 289.74 is hereby
transferred from the Current Expense Fund appropriation for
Street purposes, to the Street Construction and Maintenance Fund,
said sum being the amount of all warrants outstanding in such
fund and interest accrued thereon. And the money now claimed
and in transit from the State Highway Department for March and
April, 1937, amounting to $2,585.19 be transferred to and placed
in the new City Street Fund.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from the passage and authentication thereof.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this 1st day of May, 1937.
