WHEREAS the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 154, providing for the assessment to pay the improvement of
an alley in Block One, queen Ann Addition, 1 ing between Fifth
Street and Sixth Street, extending from Ches er Avenue to Veneta
Avenue, has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremer-
ton.
Now, therefor, be it resolved that Saturday the /'''j day
of July, 1937 a6 10 o'clock A.M. of said day at the C ommission
Chambers at tie ity Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the
same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing upon
said assessment roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to give notice of the time and
place of said hearing to all persons who may desire to object
to such assessment roll to ke such objections in writing Vnd
file the same with the Cityllerk at or prior to the date fixed
for such hearing by written notice to the owner or the reputed
owner of the different properties whose name appears u on said
ass ssment roll, by mailing a notice thereof at least Tifteen
( 15g days before the date herein set for such hearing to such
owner or reputed owner at the address of such owner as shown on
the tax rolls of the Count Treasurer for the property described
