RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON that the Department of Highways of the State of
Washington be and the same is hereby authorized to trans-
fer from the funds accumulating to the credit of the City
of Bremerton under the State Motor Vehicle Act the sum of
Forty -six and 96/100 ($46.96) Dollars in payment of services
rendered in painting a yellow stripe along the center line
of the arterial highways within the City Limits for a
distance of 1.6 miles; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be
sufficient authority to transfer such funds and shall be a
receipt from the City of Bremerton of said amount so allo-
cated to the City of Bremerton in such fund.
Adopted at the regular meeting of the City Commission
of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
23rd day of October, 1937.
