1. Agreement to Release Interest with the Port of Bremerton to release the right to relocate Barney

2. Purchase Art Chalk to be used for the 2011 Blackberry Festival Sidewalk Art Contest — Andrea

3. Ordinance to amend Chapter 3.12.060 of the Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) titled "Authorized

4. Proposed public hearing regarding ordinance to approve and authorize termination of the
Development Agreement with Port Blakely Tree Farms (Limited Partnership) — Andrea Spencer,
