SUMMARY: Connections Credit Union has been established for 53 years, and until a few years ago
has had a presence in downtown Bremerton The original Credit Union was established as the "City
of Bremerton Employees Credit Union " Connections Credit Union would like again to have a
presence in the downtown area of Bremerton This Lease Agreement is for 72 square feet of space
within the Bremerton Fire Department Station #1 The space the credit union would occupy is where
the receptionist for the Fire Department was, that position was eliminated several years ago
ATTACHMENTS: Lease Agreement between the City of Bremerton and Connections Credit Union
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Would generate $1400 dollars of revenue in 2011
and $2800 dollars of revenue in 2012
