Farms (Limited Partnership) and the City of Roger Lubovich

SUMMARY: A Development Agreement was entered into between Port Blakely Tree Farms and the
City of Bremerton on December 6, 2000 On about December 28, 2009, Bremerton West Ridge, LLC
acquired all of the property subject to the Development Agreement No development has occurred
on the site following execution and recording of the Development Agreement West Ridge has
requested that the Development Agreement be terminated
