SUMMARY: When the Port of Bremerton purchased the airport and properties from Kitsap
County in 1962, Condition #6 in the deed allowed Kitsap County to relocate Barney White
Road "within reasonable proximity to its present location " (Deed recorded per Kitsap
County Auditor File #792231 ) As the City annexed the area in September 2008 with
Ordinance #5057 and is the successor to this interest from Kitsap County, the Port of
Bremerton approached the City to address having this interest released The Port seeks the
release as having the City retain this interest burdens and encumbers the current adjacent
properties to the roadway, limiting future tenant interest in developing this land

Move to approve the Agreement with the Port of Bremerton releasing the right to relocate Barney
White Road and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the
same terms and conditions as presented
