You are hereby noted that the BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL will hold a SPECIAL
MEETING on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2010 beginning at 5:00 PM in Council
Conference Room 603 in the Norm Dicks Government Center located at 345 6 Street,
Bremerton, WA to discuss the following items
1 Interlocal Agreement for Revenue Sharing with Kitsap County — Roger Lubovich, City
Attorney, and JoAnn Vidinhar, Acting Director of Community Development
Department
2 Proposed ordinance to repeal and replace Chapter 15 06 of the Bremerton Municipal
Code (BMC), and an ordinance to establish and update certain rates and fees for
2011 — Vincent Akhimie, Director of Public Works & Utilities Department
3 Proposed ordinance to repeal and replace Chapter 3 01 of the Bremerton Municipal
Code (BMC), and a resolution to establish and update certain rates and fees for 2011
— Cathy Johnson, Interim Director of Financial Services Department
4 Questions and Answers regarding Proposed 2011 City Budget
5 General Council Business (as necessary. )
