SUMMARY- Professional management services for the design, construction and management of
Phase II —B work including but not limited to, Fourth Street pedestrian amenities and intersection
design, street scapmg, vehicle plug -ins, site landscape and others as defined in the scope of work
ATTACHMENTS: Project Management Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Total fee for services is $60,000 This amount will
be funded by the Federal_EDA grant- at_50% - _ The remaining amount will be part of the new fund 306
