SUMMARY: Professional management services for the design, construction and management of
Phase II –A work including but not limited to, undergroundmg of pump station at the SE corner of
Burwell and Park Avenue, relocation of transformers and other utilities as defined, alley elevation
modification, parlang garage cladding, pedestrian and vehicle surface amenities, etc
ATTACHMENTS: Project Management Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Total fee for services is $90,000 This amount will
be funded by the Federal EDA grant at 5 0% The remaining amount will be part of the new fund 306

Management) Agreement Phase II A with Lorax Partners and authorize the Mayor to finalize and
