SUMMARY: The contractor (Dahl Construction Company, Inc ) shall provide trenching and
restoration for electrical utilities in accordance with Puget Sound Energy design drawings The
contractor will also provide certain equipment, labor and material as noted in this contract for the
Park Avenue Plaza, Phase II project
ATTACHMENTS- Public Works Construction Agreement and associated Exhibits
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Contract amount is $95,300 00 plus WA State
Sales Tax This amount is budgeted in the new Fund 306 Park Plaza Phase II as part of the EDA
Grant
