A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, establishing a hearing date for the
proposed vacation of portions of alleys between Hewitt and Veneta
Avenues and 4 and 5 Streets
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has initiated the vacation in accordance with
Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) 11.20.080 as part of the redevelopment of Kiwams Park,
NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION]. A public hearing will be held on September 7, 2011 at 5 30 p.m. or
later in the City Council Chambers at the Norm Dicks Government Center, First Floor, 345 Sixth
Street, Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider written objections to the
vacation
SECTION2. Severabilyy If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect
SECTION3. Effective Date This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage
