SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton approved a contract between BKAT and Bainbridge Island back
on December 15,'2010 for BKAT to provide public access television services for a six month trial
period This contract expires on June 30, 2011 The City of Bainbridge Island has asked for an
extension on a month to month basis as they continue to assess their needs
BKAT can accommodate this request and is willing to do so The services relating to this extension
would be for recording and airing Bainbridge's council meetings and study sessions This extension
would not cause additional impact to the staff at BKAT
ATTACHMENTS: Pending Bainbridge Island's Assistant City Manager is presenting this contract
extension to their Council on June 15, 2011 If approved, we will forward the contract extension to
Council under separate cover prior to the study session
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) BKAT's anticipated revenues for this service are
approximately $2,500 to $3,500 per month Expenses have already been absorbed within existing
budget authority

Island with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented
