SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton and the City of Shelton currently have an interim agreement
that allows the City of Shelton to request assistance from the City of Bremerton in the maintenance
and repair of traffic lighting The current agreement is set to expire on June 30 2011 and with council
approval will be extended I year and expire on June 30 2012
ATTACHMENTS: Copy of Intergovernmental Agreement Extension, copy of the existing
agreement with the City of Shelton
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Fiscal impacts are unknown at this time as this is
an on -call agreement without scheduled maintenance or repairs Proceeds from work performed under
this agreement will be deposited in the "miscellaneous revenue" of the 102 fund

Bremerton and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same
terms and conditions as presented
