SUMMARY: It has been requested that the City of Bremerton and Jefferson County enter into an
intergovernmental agreement Per RCW 39 34, this agreement will allow both the City of Bremerton
and Jefferson County to contract with each other to furnish labor, equipment and /or materials on a
reimbursable basis

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Fiscal impacts are unknown at this time as this is an
as- needed agreement without scheduled maintenance or repairs Proceeds under this agreement
will be deposited into the "miscellaneous revenue" of the 102 fund
