June 22, 2011
A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the City Council
Conference Room 603 of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER 345 6th Street, Bremerton,
Washington, Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at 5 00 PM, with Council President Will Maupin presiding
Council Members present were Carol Arends, Roy Runyon, Adam Brockus, Cecil McConnell, and Jim
McDonald Council Member Dianne Robinson was absent, and Council Members Nick Wofford and
Greg Wheeler were attending 2011 Association of Washington Cities Annual Conference in Spokane
Legislative Assistant Lori Smith was present to provide staff support
President Maupin emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public, however there would
be no opportunities for input or participation, that no action will be taken, and the content of these
items is subject to change

1 Appointment of Wayne Olsen to the Civil Service Commission — Mayor Patty Lent Consent
