NO /100 ($1000) Dollars, and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, grants, conveys and dedicates to the CITY OF BREMERTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, and its successors and assigns, a permanent public right -of -way for the
purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, improving, altering, reconstructing and repairing
public streets, roads, utilities and other public purposes over, under, through, across and upon the
following described real property situated in Kitsap County, Washington

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 26, THENCE NORTH
88 0 25'45" WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE THEREOF 23 50 FEET TO THE BEGINNING
OF A 23 50FOOT RADIUS CURVE CONCAVE TO THE SOUTHWEST WHOSE RADIUS
POINT BEARS SOUTH 1 WEST, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID
CURVE TO THE RIGHT THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 90 0 00'41" FOR AN ARC
DISTANCE OF 36 92 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 26, THENCE

accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Bremerton by the Director of Public Works
& Utilities
The grantors hereby covenant that they are the owner in fee simple and the property is free of
all liens and encumbrances, except any right, title, easement, or encumbrance of record, they have
good and legal right to grant, convey and dedicate the right -of -way above - described and they will pay
all taxes and assessments due and owing on the property
