You have requested the contract be terminated, and that your organization and employees be allowed to purchase the permits directly from Impark, the City's parking contractor as of October 1, 2011. The City will honor your request to terminate the contract, and agrees to continue to honor the monthly rate of $45.00 for Housing Kitsap and its employees for levels 3 and above in the Washington Street parking gargage. The rate is subject to review, however, on an annual basis and you will be informed if rates for the garage change in the future.
