SUMMARY: Requesting a continued lease to the Suquamish Tribe for a period often (10) years for
the shared benefits of continued maintenance and operation by the Tribe of the Hatchery Area on
Gorst Creek The Hatchery Area has been in operation since 1986 and continues to provide salmon
fishing opportunities for constituents of the parties
ATTACHMENTS: Lease Agreement with Exhibits
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) The Tribe shall pay a lease payment of $1 00 and
will be responsible for all utilities and taxes (if any) associated with the use and occupancy of the
Hatchery Area

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move that the City approve the Lease Agreement with the Suquamish
Tribe for the Gorst Creek Hatchery Area and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented
