SUMMARY: The action before City Council is to approve Phase 2 of the Bay Vista Final Plat The
Council previously took action on this project by approving the Bay Vista Sub -Area Plan (Ordinance
No 5077) in February 25, 2009 Preliminary Plat approval was granted by the Administrative
Hearings Examiner in July 9, 2009 for the subdivision of 82 acres Bay Vista Final Plat Phase 1 was
approved by City Council (Resolution No 3114) on May 5, 2010 for 8 acres including 46 lots, 5
associated open space tracts and right -of -ways This proposal will grant final approval for
approximately 20 acres including 24 lots, 4 associated open space tracts and right -of -ways The
applicant has met all of the conditions of the Preliminary Plat approval for this phase and therefore the
City Engineer and Community Development Director recommend Final Plat approval
