SUMMARY: WestSound Engineering was originally contracted for $24,770 to perform an
alignment survey for the Crosstown Pipeline Upper Reach Replacement project Additional survey
work is required since it has been determined that the originally proposed alignment is not
constructible The increased contract amount is $7,41125 for a revised contract amount of
$32,18125

FISCAL IMPACTS The project is funded by WW funds and is included in the 2011 budget The
revised amount of the Professional Services Agreement is not to exceed $32,18125
