SUMMARY: A three year lease with five three year options with Bremerton Cinema, LLC (Lessee)
for parking in the Park Avenue Plaza Garage for theater attendance and associated cafe on Park
Avenue The lease includes approximately 200 spaces at varying time of day /day of the week/month
of the year as detailed in the Agreement.
ATTACHMENTS: Lease Agreement W
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Lessee shall pay to the City a monthly payment of
$3,30e-00plus an additional fee based on ticket sales, as defined in the lease

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move that the City approve the Lease Agreement with Bremerton
Cinema, LLC for parking in the Park Avenue Plaza Garage and authorize the Mayor to finalize and
