SUMMARY:
The CDBG / HOME Policy Plan sets parameters for the City's management of its HUD entitlement,
including eligibility, application, review and implementation requirements and processes for grant
funded projects The 2012 Policy Plan is a point City of Bremerton and Kitsap County Block Grant
plan In addition, five new policies are being introduced
