SUMMARY:
The Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) is mandated by HUD for entitlement Jurisdictions in receipt of
Community Development Block Grant and HOME funds Bremerton's CPP is a Joint document with
Kitsap County Block Grant, and was last updated 1/1/2011
The Plan has been amended to reflect formation of a new, multi jurisdictional Grant
Recommendation Committee, and to amend the definition of "Substantial Amendment"
