SUMMARY:
The City's current fleet of Toro greens and fairway mowers, necessary to maintain the Gold Mountain
Golf Complex, has exceeded their service life and are budgeted for replacement in 2011 The City
has an existing Toro replacement part and attachment inventory with a value in excess of $50,000
that can be used with the proposed equipment The preferred local distributor and equipment is
listed on the State of Washington State Bid Contract No 08506

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount)
This Lease - Purchase will require an annual payment of $65,542 36 per year for five (5) years Total
Cost $327,711 80 with a $1 00 buyout option at the end of the Lease
Funds are budgeted in the Golf Capital Fund

Move to approve the purchase of nine (9) Toro mowers through Washington State Contract
No 08506 and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the Lease - Purchase Agreement with
TCF Equipment Finance, Inc with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented
