A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, amending rates and fees established in
Rate Table H relating to Bremerton Kitsap Access Television
(BKAT)
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the rates and fees contained in
Rate Table H on file with the City Clerk by this resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council also desires to add membership fees to Rate Table
H relating to the Bremerton Kitsap Access Television (BKAT), NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. Rate Tables established Rates and fees for services relating to the
Bremerton Kitsap Access Television (BKAT ) are amended as set forth in the rate table attached
hereto as Table H, incorporated herein by reference
SECTION 2. Rate Tables amended The rate table as adopted and set forth in
Table H is amended as highlighted establishing new rates and fees for BKAT effective May 18,
2011
SECTION 3. Severability If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect
SECTION 4. Effective Date This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage
