IVY GREEN CEMETERY DEED
?itis Indenture Made this 1st day of December. 2010, between the CITY OF BREMERTON, a Municipal
Corporation of Washington, party of the first part, and Dorothy Roselo Donnelly party of the second part:
WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of Nine Hundred and Forty Five dollars 45.00 , the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the fust part does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the party
of the second part, and her heirs and assigns, forever, FOR BURIAL PURPOSES ONLY, that certain, lot of land
situated in the County of Kitsap, State of Washington, described as follows:
Section P2 Block 008 Lot 01 N
in IVY GREEN CEMETERY, as shown by the plat thereof on file in the office of the Auditor of Kitsap County.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Iot of land unto said party of the second pant, and her heirs, for the purpose of
burial only, and subject always of the rules and regulations, conditions and limitations, adopted, of hereafter adopted,
by the City Commission of said City, and said conditions to run with the land and bind any subsequent holder thereof,
subject also to the further restriction that no We, transfer, lease, or assignment of any kind of said land shall be valid
without the consent of the first party had and obtained and such consent indorsed upon the conveyance.
The party of the first part, for itself and its successors, does hereby covenant with the said party of the second part,
his/her heirs and assigns, that it is well seized in fee of the premises aforesaid and has a good right to sell and convey
the said land in the manner and form aforesaid, and that is the same is free from all encumbrances, and that it will
warrant and forever defend the title to the same to the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, against all persons
lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.
And the said party of the first part undertakes and agrees to perpetually maintain in good order the premises above
described and to give reasonable care to the cultivation of such grass, trees, flowers, and shrubbery as may be sown or
planted thereon (all such planting to be done under the supervision and in accordance with the ordinance of the City of
Bremerton now and hereafter adopted pertaining thereto, and in accordance wit the rules and regulations of the parry of
the first part now or hereafter adopted) without expense to said party of the second pari, her heirs or assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of Bremerton has caused these presents to be executed under its
corporation name and seal by its officers thereunto duly authorized, on this /57' day 2010..
