SUMMARY: Three proposals were received in response to a request from the City for furnishing
12 5% bulk sodium hypochlorrte to the Westside WWTP OLIN CHLOR ALKALI Products
submitted the lowest responsive proposal at $0.584 een+s /gallon delivered, including tax This award
to the supplier will have firm pricing for a period of one year, from the time the proposal agreement is
signed The cost per gallon from the supplier will include all costs (freight and taxes)
ATTACHMENTS: Sodium Hypochlorite proposals from OLIN CHLOR ALKALI Products,
HASA Inc and JCI Jones Chemicals, Inc
