SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "ORC Injection at Former Chevron
Property" were opened on Apn15, 2011 The engineer's estimate for this project is $120,000 2 bids
were received for this project ESN Northwest Inc was the lowest responsive, responsible bidder
with a bid of $92,728 11 (including sales tax)

FISCAL IMPACTS The project is funded at 90% by a Washington State Department of Ecology
(Ecology) Remedial Action Grant and is included in the 2011 budget
