SUMMARY: Reservoir #14 is located at the southwest corner of Ironsides Avenue and East 17'
Street The Reservoir was in service until 1991 when it was retired due to small size, elevation issues
with supply system and service area, and persistent leaking problems The City Water Utility and
Engineering staff recommends surplusing the property

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Minimal impact, site is currently maintained by
the utility to a minimum standard
