Lease Agreement with Scott Alexander's COUNCIL MEETING Date April 6, 2011

SUMMARY: The Lease Agreement with Scott Alexander's Golf Shop, Inc. gives the Lessee the
right to use the Gold Mountain Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Restaurant, Meeting Rooms, Cart Pad and
Driving Range to provide golf related services at the Gold Mountain Golf Course. The Lessee
compensates the City through payment of a fixed fee for the Clubhouse and Cart Pad and a percentage
of gross revenue on Cart Rentals and Driving Range proceeds. Under this two (2) year agreement the
City is will receive an additional $6,000.00 in annual rent for use of the Clubhouse (when compared
to the previous lease)

authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented
