SUMMARY: The agreement with Scott Alexander's Golf Shop, Inc for the Gold Mountain Golf
facility provides the City with golf management, course operation and marketing services through
December 31 2012. The agreement continues a successful partnership with Scott Alexander to
operate Gold Mountain as one of the premier municipal golf complexes in the Pacific Northwest and
is reflective of current trends in the golf industry regarding static revenue outlook over the next
several years.

substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
