SUMMARY: The attached Agreement between the City of Bremerton and Ed Faulk Operations,
LLC provides the City with Greens Superintendent Services at Gold Mountain Golf Complex through
December 31" , 2012. The Agreement continues the City's successful relationship with Ed Faulk to
maintain the Olympic and Cascade courses in outstanding condition for the golfing public. The
agreement reflects the current econormc conditions in the golf industry which call for a flat revenue
outlook and the need to seek ever greater efficiency in the provision of golf services
