SUMMARY: The approved 2011 budget for ER &R shows the replacement of one 2002 Chevrolet
Blazer for the Water Resource Division The requested replacement is a 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid
with all required options The purchase will be made using Washington State contract 05510 and the
authorized dealer is Columbia Ford of Longview Washington Total purchase cost is $33,535 51
including Washington State sales tax I would like to request that the replaced vehicle be reassigned to,
the motor pool
