CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
March 30, 2011
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the City
Council Conference Room 603, of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER 345 6 Street,
Bremerton, Washington, Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 5 00 PM, with Council Vice - President
Adam Brockus presiding Council Members present were Nick Wofford, Carol Arends, Dianne
Robinson, Greg Wheeler, Roy Runyon, Cecil McConnell, and Jim McDonald President WIII
Maupin was absent Legislative Assistant Lori Smith was present to provide staff support
Vice - President Brockus emphasized that the Special Meeting was open to the public,
however there would be no opportunities for input or participation and that no action will be
taken
A STREET FUNDING OPTIONS
Vice- President Brockus called a recess from 6 07 to 6 20 PM
B GENERAL COUNCIL BUSINESS
a Council Committee Chair reports were provided, and
b General Council Business was discussed
Vice- President Brockus adjourned the Study Session at 6 30 PM
Council then reconvened for a 30- minute Exempt Closed Session to discuss "Labor
Negotiations and Proceedings" per RCW 42 30 140(4)(b)
