A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, establishing a hearing date for the
proposed vacation of an alley between 13 and 15 Streets, West
of Warren Avenue and a request to defer compensation and fees
associated with said vacation
WHEREAS, Olympic College has initiated the vacation to be able to construct a
new parking lot
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. A public hearing will be held on May 18, 2011 at 5 30 p in or later
in the City Council Chambers at the Norm Dicks Government Center, First Floor, 345 Sixth Street,
Bremerton, Washington, to take public comment or consider written objections to the vacation
SECTION 2. Severabihbt If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full force and
effect
SECTION 3. Effective Date This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage
