ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, Washington, amending the Bremerton
Criminal Code to create a new section, Section 9A 32 130,
entitled "Sexual Motivation "
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the Bremerton Criminal
Code to create section, Section 9A 32 130, adopting by reference RCW 9A 32 130
entitled "Special allegation — Sexual motivation — Procedures ", NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON,
WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. Section 9A 32 130 of the Bremerton Municipal Code
entitled "Sexual Motivation" is hereby created and reads as follows
9A.32.130 Sexual Motivation.
RCW 9 94A 835 entitled "Special allegation — Sexual motivation — Procedures" is
adopted by reference as currently enacted and as hereinafter amended from time to time,
and shall be g7ven the same force and effect as if set forth herein in full
SECTION 2. Severabihty If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Ordinance are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance and the same shall
remain in full force and effect
SECTION 3. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force ten (10) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by
law
